with this sac size i would expect to see a developing fetus. there most certainly is no harm, in the absence of bleeding, to repeat the sonogram after several days ( my personal bias is 5-7) at which time the absence of a developing fetus would point more strongly to an abnormally developing first trimester pregnancy.
