Trauma to your daughter's coccyx (tailbone) will NOT be a cause of ovarian cysts. However, perhaps stress and her VERY low weight combine to make her anovulatory, and girls who don't ovulate tend to get large cysts... So getting her out of the stressful relationship, getting her back to her natural/normal weight, and a course of birth control pills in the meantime should take care of most of her cyst problems...
