While I don't doubt that it is more painful for a man to be kicked in the genitals, it is not exactly fun for a woman to be kicked in the same area. Once many years ago, I was bothering my sister and she quickly turned around and gave me a knee in the crotch. It didn't double me over, but I had a good bruise there for a few days.
