I have been charting BBT's for a few months but just this month began checking cervical fluid and cervical position. I'm on Day 15 of my cycle, and this is my 3rd cycle since I had a D&C for a blighted ovum. My CF has been opaque but stretchy for the last several days. When I check my cervix yesterday morning, it seemed soft & high. In the evening it was firmer and lower. Because of that I thought I must have ovulated yesterday. But my BBT was still low this morning. So I am confused, and wondering whether I ovulated or not. If the spike begins tomorrow, does that indicate ovulation today or yesterday?
