Sharon, I wish I could help you!! I am in a similar plight myself and the pills didnt seem to help me either. Sometimes, a different brand might - maybe a stronger one. I am not a doctor, just in a similar situation so I will be looking forward to replies!

BTW - Although the pain and bleeding isnt killing me either, I dont find myself getting any stronger either, so you are not alone!!
