If you "get" yeast just before your period each time, you have chronic recurrent candidiasis, which may be some immunological problem with you, and no one has figured out why some people get that and others don't. HOWEVER, there are some chronic regimens of ketoconazole or fluconazole (oral yeast medications) which can be used on a long term basis to suppress the yeast. Talk to your doctor(s) about that...
