What you are probably having is breakthrough bleeding, which is common on the various low-dose pills used today. If it bothers you, talk to your doctor again. Perhaps he/she can change you to another pill with different dosages or different hormone. On the other hand, the doctor SHOULD examine you to be sure it's not cervicitis or some other treatable problem. Dr. Joe
