Today is the first day of my 3rd normal menstrual cycle since weaning my baby. This morning I had hot flashes right before the start of my menses, as I had the last month at the same time. Is this normal? Is this just my body getting back into order after lactation? Or is this a sign of something to come...???? I feel too young to be having premenopausal symptoms.
