One time I tried a really low carb diet and my bbt temperature was in the low 97s and my walking around temperature was even lower. Now, I have been taking merformin (eating more normal,offcourse) and my temperature is doing the same thing. Fore example, first thing in the morning it was 97.6 but an hour or two later after I get up it is 97.2-97.3. It might rise some during the day, but it gets scary low again late in the evenig. Just two weeks ago, I had my thyroid thouraly tested. At the time, I just came of bcp. Should I have it tested again? Such a low temperatures scare me.
