I am wondering how a woman can tell if she had a very early miscarriage? The first day of my last period was May 3, then I felt lower left side abdominal pain (ovulation?) on May 15. Intercourse with my husband occurred on May 16 and just a couple of days later I had the symptoms of frequent urination (every hour or two)lasting about 8 days, abdominal (esp. lower left side) and uterine/cervical pains now and then, nipple tenderness, then my breasts felt warmer than usual. I felt that something was 'going on' in my abdomen partly because it wasn't as flat as usual. I also felt ravenously hungry sometimes and thirstier. All these symptoms seemed too early and unusual for me (esp. frequent urination) to be premenstrual symptoms. I had planned to get a pregnancy test this coming week but then yesterday my period started. (I should mention that this is the first month that I've tried to get pregnant since going off the pill March 27). So is it possible that I was pregnant and then a very early miscarriage occurred or implantation of a fertilized egg didn't take place? Thank you for the advice.
