I understand your concern, but a pregnancy that early could not possibly hurt your 9 month old surgical scar. The small cutaneous nerves that transmit sensation from the skin are cut during the skin incision, and I am sure that you noticed odd sensations during your recovery and ever since, including numbness, tickling, and so on.
