Chances are this may be your period, but I would see ad DR ASAP, just to be sure. At least giver them a call, tell them EVERYTHING you have been experiencing lately and se hat they have to say. As far as going off the pill to get pregnant, there is a lot of different advice out there. Id say, wait at least a month to be safe but there shouldnt be much of a problem. Some say wait 3 or 6 months, but it really is an individual decision. I would take a month to drink your OJ, take viamins(folic acid!), exercise and get some rest so you are in good health to start trying. I hope this helps!
