Since your last pregnancy was RH Neg-no reason to assume any problem;would follow the same course:screen for antibodies at first prenatal visit-repeat screen and Rhogam injection at 28 weeks,and at birth if child is RH positive.Prevention of RH disease one of the greatest milestones in Obstetrics in last several decades!!
