Post Flight Sickness

Hi...

My wife is having some sort of post airplane flight sickness. The problem began about 10 years ago when she was 40. Symptoms usually begin roughly 6 hrs after she lands on her outbound flight and include:

- nausea and sometimes vomiting - extreme fatigue - light headiness - feeling of coldness

After their onset she feels best just laying still with no sounds or commotion. The symptoms are usually gone within 12 hrs after they begin but sometimes come and go for another day or so.

Strangely, the symptoms don't re occur after landing on the return flight.

Other than post flight sickness and slightly high blood pressure she's perfectly healthy.

Do you have any idea what's causing the illness and how to treat it?

Thanks for your help.
