I don't think so, you are not exercising extremely hard, nor your BMI is to low. 3. Diabetes can affect the menstrual cycle when the diabetes is very poorly regulated. 4. The best thing is to wait until the next period comes. The other alternative is to see a gynecologist or endocrinologist to perform some test like prolactin, thyroid hormones and FSH. But most likely the gynecolgist will advice to wait untill a period of 3-4 months after stopping the pill Most time, most problems solve, mainly spontaneously.
