My wife is having some sort of post airplane flight sickness. The problem began about 10 years ago when she was 40. Symptoms usually begin roughly 6 hrs after she lands and include:

- nausea and sometimes vomiting - extreme fatigue - light headiness - feeling of coldness

After their onset she feels best just laying still with no sounds or commotion. The symptoms are usually gone within 12 hrs after they begin but may come and go for another day or so.

Other than post flight sickness and slightly high blood pressure she's perfectly healthy.

Do you have any idea what's causing the illness and how to treat it?
