Asprin in Pregnancy

I have not been diagnosed with APA or Lupus Anticologant, but I lost a baby after getting the tests done to a clot in the placenta. My maternal-fetal medicine dr. would like me to take 81 mgs of baby asprin once a day. What are the risks of taking asprin in pregnancy? If I end up miscarrying and need a d&c, will I be at risk for hemoraging due to the asprin? I know these sound like odd questions but odd things pass one's mind while pregnant. Also, does 81 mgs sound like a good amount to take? Should i ask for heparin instead? Or is 81 mgs even too much for someone who isn't testing postive to APA or Lupus? Help please!!
