Depending on what these "blisters" look like, could be herpes, or HPV (human papilloma virus)or in better terms "venereal warts" see your doctor or go to a clinic for an exam, pap and culture ASAP. Also see the following website for more info http://med-www.bu.edu/people/sycamore/std/std.htm there are photos here of these conditions and others, but please keep inmind they do not look the same in all people(especially the HPV may be smaller), but it may give you an idea.
