Lkaufman has given some Very Good Medical Advice in her post. Always discuss medication changes made by YOU with your physician FIRST!

I have been on Zoloft for 2 years and it works great for me. I suffered from Major Depression and was on a very high dose and I am now down to 25mg (my choice) as my doc thinks I may be able to go off complety. I tryed it and Roberta noticed I was getting a bit down so I started back on the 25mg.

I do know sexual disfunction Is a side effect for a lot of people. I have read where some physicians reccomend taking the "weekend off" approch. This allows for a short period for love making without a significant change in your mood.

Paxil is also a good drug for depression. Talk it over with your health care provider and see what they think.
