I have a 22 yr old G3P2 at 36 weeks who has uterus didelphus. Her prior two pregnancies were carried to term in the left uterus, delivery was cesarean. She now is carrying this pregnancy in the right uterus. I am curious if there is any information out there on any prior cases similar to this one, what the incidence is and if there are any case reports similar.
