Carrie, Have you thought of using a Natural Progesterone Cream that is applied transderminally? I have used one for the past year and a half with great sucess. I also have a free weekly newsletter called the Hotflash News. It is a newsletter promoting womens health, with a wide assortment of articles, healthy recipes and more, If interested in either email me at Itchybau@swbell.net
