2nd request--BBT as Test???

I have heard that you can take your BBT as a "test" for pregnancy--if it is not at or above 98 degrees, you are probably not, and this method is used in women who, say, miss a period on the pill but have taken all their pills correctly. Is this true? Taken mine for a week in a row, all temps are 97.3--97.5....
