Ever since hysterectomy for endo in Dec, i have had trouble with an anal fissure. they have tried suppositories and cream (cortisone), but nothing helps. Everytime I have a bowel movement, it opens up and bleeds,any suggestions.my stools are not hard,this is not the problem.
