Another Antibody Question

Thank you for your response. But I have few more questions. You stated: the antiphosphiolipid group of antibodies I described are best tested in the nonpregnancy state. why is this?? Will it show up during pregnancy, or will it be too late to do anything at this time??

Also, you said these antibodies usually do not cause preterm labor. What testing should I have to help find out what caused the preterm labor?? I have endometriosis, I have had the HCG, hysteroscopy, laparoscopy & laporotomy and have recently finished my 6th month course of Lupron. Also, I have recently had vaginal cultures done. Everything was negative. Are there any other suggestions you can make as far as testing that I may need to have done?? The drs are not convinced that I have an incompetant cervix either. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
