Usual option with "severe" endometriosis in a young woman is hysterectomy with removal of both ovaries,and cautious estrogen replacement.Would think about trying Lupron in your case(acts on pituitary gland)to turn ovaries "off" for 3-6 mos.;if your symptoms then resolve-- would rec. ovarian removal.
