I had to have surgery because of heavy bleeding and severe endometriosis. I still have both of my ovaries. My right ovary was completley covered with endo. and my doctor still chose to leave it in. Some of the symptoms I had before my surgery were bloating and gas every evening around 7:00 no matter what I ate. I am now starting to have the same symptoms. I also have pain on my right side around my ovary once in a while. I did not have any of these symptoms after surgery. Could this mean that the endometriosis is back? If so, then how can I be sure that I can get rid of it and keep it from coming back? Thank you for your response.
