With Clomid, the pregnancy rate per cycle is 20-25%. Remember that in most cases, injectables are reserved for women who have previously failed Clomid, or who are older or whose ovarian reserve is already significantly diminshed. The incidence of twins on Clomid is about 5%, while with gonadotropins it is 10+%. You are investing a lot in this endeavor to become pregnant -- both emotionally and financially. Do not hesitate to ask your RE questions and do not give up until your questions are answered to your satisfaction.
