I am wondering if this pain in my right side, if an ovarian cyst, could spontaneously burst or disappear upon onset of my period? I remember having this same pain for two cycles while trying to conceive my son two years ago, and then the cycle I conceived, the pain was absent.It is always on my right side,radiating down my leg and back to my buttock. Is it possible that I don't ovulate on my left? I am on day 28 now, still in pain, temp down to 98.2.I guess that there is no chance I could be pregnant?
