Pilonidal cyst not related to IBS.Rare to have lots of bleeding with IBS.Rectal bleeding common cause of anemia-- makes you feel "lousy."Would consult your healthcare provider if bleeding continues.IBS usually cramping--primarily rt.lower quadrant--and alternating diarrhea and constipation.
