It seems that my right ovary and uterus are normal but I have a 15mm cyst near my left ovary. My doctor says it is nothing to worry about and to leave it unless the pain comes back (it went as soon as soon as I had the ultrasound - typically!). My question is this - will this interfere with becoming pregnant. I am just 34 and have been trying for our first child for about 3 months.
