I thank you for your earlier reply. It is reassuring to know this pain has a name. I am in the process of being diagnosed, but I have a question. I don't want to take elavil because I would like to have my second child. Do you think that this neuralgia will get worse with pregnancy? And (I know this is a long shot)do you think that if I do get pregnant, a c-section could be done and then resection of the nerve while the epidural is in effect? Thanks!
