Nadine, I don't want to sound like an ogre, but yes your risk are increased because of your weight. You also will have an increased risk of delivering by C/S. The drugs that you will probably need to get pregnant will also give you ane increased risk of twins or more. The Prozac is probably not a significant risk factor. My advice is to get your weight where you want it to be before you attempt to get pregnant.
