Androgen Insensitivity and hypohidrosis?

Can any of you think of a reason why androgen insensitivity and hypohidrosis (lack of sweating, heat illness, and problems with body temperature regulation) might co-occur in the same patients? Some of our support group members are complaining of such symptoms. Is sweating androgen controlled?

Thanks, Donna
