In the event that you do however have to deal with them again, if the laparoscopy indicates again recurrent adhesive disease, and they are successfully lysed, would consider a second lap 1 week later in order to remove them while they are fragile and "young'. Have taken this unconventional approach on a few occasions with excellent long term results!
