Dorothy, There are various testosterone preparations avaiable, but none are for HRT in the traditional sense. I know of no studies showing any benefit to heart or bone structure from testosterone creams. It is used most commonly to treat various skin disorders of the vulva, and has been most recently popularized by Opra as an aide to libido and ual function.

It just depends on what your goals are.
