SUTURES,ADHESIONS, & POSSIBLE HEMANGIOMA

Just wondering if any of the doctors have had patients that had a problem with sutures in their bodies, either permanent or dissolvable, and how you located them. I had a Tah/bso 2.5 yrs. ago, and about 8 mos. previous to that I had a hernia op. The surgeon found no hernia but gave me a tummy tuck and said the sutures were permanent. A year ago, I had an inch long suture removed from just below the fascia. It throbbed and burned and caused my skin to stick out like a small marble about an inch or so above the incision. I am pretty sure I have another one to the right of where the 1st was found, which I have been trying to take care of since the last was removed. The entire lower right quadrant is swollen and hurts to touch, and underneath I feel a ball very similar to the other one. I have gone through 4 rounds of injections with the pain doc since last July; they haven't worked. Two weeks ago, (the last injections) the pain doc said he could feel the needle pulling through something - "maybe a neuroma." That's what they said about the 1st one. Now he wants to do an epidural block on Monday to "pinpoint" pain. The incision below has opened and drained 3x in the last year. My gyn said he did not think I had adhesions, as he did a lysis of them at the time of the hysterectomy, but regardless, I don't think that is the problem. I also had a cat scan last year which showed what was thought to be a 2 cm hemangioma on my liver, but they weren't sure because it did not show up very well, and I had no further testing. Should I check that out as well? Thanks.
