i recently posted a question asking whether you can ovulate and not get your period. i had a negative blood pregnancy test on april 2 which the doctor said was at 5. he said 5 and under was not pregnant, fine i still didn't get my period until april 7 last period started on february 25 (38 day cycle) i had a fairly normal period. this means that the period i now have was a 42 day cycle. i know i ovulated around the 18th of april because the doctor has me performaing home ovulation test kits. here is what is happening now, i had gotton my period on april 7 at 1pm at 5pm i changed my tampon to find a very little bit af brown discharge on the tampon, my period then started again at 6pm stopped at 8pm and had nothing until 5am the next morning then it had stopped again by 11am ond so on and so forth i mean there is no sign of it at times at all. with my cycle so long i had expected a very heavy period. i had felt very ill to me stomach for about a week before my period and even vomited a few times. i also had some light cramping now and again. my periods have always been light but this is even abnormal for me. i am seeing my doctor tomorrow but would appreciate any thoughts on what could possibly be causing this. i have rhumatoid arthritis and am tring to conceive so i have only a short timr left to become pregnant before i have to go back on methotrexate and it seems as if everything is getting screwed up. i do have a 2 1/2 year old daughter that was delivered by c-section and that is when my periods became a little lighter. since i went off of bcp in august my periods have been as follows 38, 32, 29, 32, 38, and now 42 sorry for how long this is can anyone help??????
