Katie-Alesse is one of the lowest estrogen pills on market, along with Estrostep==contain 20mcg estrogen.Usually only indicated for nausea and may help with breast tenderness in some cases.Usually takes from 2-3 cycles for body to adjust to pill changes.Would rec;return to pill you did best on in past.
