Dear Dr. Marchbein: Thanks for your reply. I now have the sonogram which states " . . .complex cystic mass arising in the right ovary. Multi septated cystic lesion is seen which measures 4.2 cm in greatest dimension. Portions of this lesion are of intermediate echogenicity and portions are relatively anechoic. The intermediate echoes could reflect hemorrhagic component. . . .Minimal free fluid is seen in the posterior cul-de-sac of the pelvis.

I am awaiting the CA 125 result. Any change? Thank you so much. >
