I do have 3 children. Now, my pelvic ultrasound just showed a 4.5 cm fluid-filled septatious (?) mass in my right ovary. I have had intermittent pain for at least a year. We are ready for the complete hysterectomy. I also have two small fibroids. Is there any reason not to do this, or is there more I should do?
