You has TAB/BSO 9 months ago, and you are having hot flashes or night sweats? Your right if you can take ERT it is the most test way to go for documented proof of protection from cardiovascular disease, oseto, Alzhimers. However, some women feel that they are not at risk for the above as no family history etc. Or just do not want to take ERT. There are phytoestrogens that are derived from plants and food that do not increase breast tissue and help with osteo, Not enough data regarding cardiac protection. However while you decide you may want to look at phytoestrogens and for sure take calcium supplementation.. Hope to chat with you on the new chat YOU for perimenopause and menopausal women...Mondays 7:30 -8:30CST Starting April 6... Our guest is Marcy James who has a Ph.D in homeopathy.. She may be someone you want to chat with..topic April 6th is Hot flashes AKA POWER SURGES. Remember gather all the information you can, then make decision... :-) Best of luck... Judy
