We know from minocin that it can cause problems with the forming of the bones and can cause yellow teeth in the fetus. However this are reports in later pregnancy. It is always difficult to say what problems one can expect when the minocin is taken the first month of pregancy. Probably not. The oac is another point: all oac's are tested: because it is not very seldom that a woman continues taking the pill, because she didn't relize she was pregnant there has to be a very safe border. So it is. However it is always better to stop the pill before getting pregnant
