Hi Sian -

First of all if you can, try to relax. Many women spot in early pregnancy then go on to have normal, healthy pregnancies. However, any amount any amount of bleeding should be reported to your care provider, your other signs are great signs:) Please call your care provider and talk with them about what you have been experiencing.

It's not uncommon at all not to see a heart beat at 5-6 weeks or even hear one that early. I am glad they told you that early everything looked ok:)

hang in there and let us know what you find out.
