ortho-novum1-35 and modicon, aren't they the same?

I wrote last Friday about moodiness and cyclen's. I went to the Planned Parenthood I go to to switch my pills. They said they don't prescribe Levlen's. They prescribed me ModiCon. The probem is, I had break through bleeding with Ortho Novum 1-35's and aren't these in the same "family"? I even thought this was a lower dosage of hormones, so won't I end up having the same problem again? I really don't want to end up pregnant!
