Camilla, The first problem you're obviously addressing: IS IT REALLY BLOOD? You need to have an appropriate urinalysis to determine that, before you go worrying too much about it. Second, IF IT *IS* BLOOD, then what might it be? If riding horses is the associated activity, I would think you're much more likely to be bleeding from your bladder than from your kidneys. Also, you have to make sure it's urine/bladder, and not a bloody discharge/vagina. That would be worrisome in a pregnant woman. So, first things first - get your urinalysis and then have your doctor check you over. Dr. Joe
