Have I suffered a missed miscarriage? I should now be 7 and a half weeks pregnant but I think that development has stopped. I have experienced constant abdominal pain virtually from conception. I was scanned at 5 weeks 6 days and was told that everything looked OK (although no heart beat was heard). Two days ago I noticed v. small amounts of blood in my discharge and simultaneously have started feeling extremely faint, nauseous and unbelievably tired. Now I know that these symptoms are "normal" in pregnancy but because they are now so acute and correspond with the spotting I wonder is this my body's way of telling me that all is not well?
