found blood in the 14th day of cycleFrom: angie (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sun, 29 Mar 1998 19:11:06 -0600 (CST)
I have PCO and for the last four months I have been trying a low -carbohydrate diet to see if I will ovulate. So far I have ovulated twice. The other cycles I didn’t and I suspect that it was because I cut down my carbohydrate intake to almost nothing ( that was a mistake). But now, I am on a new cycle, after a provera period, and I thought that everything was looking fine. I even started to test for mucus and cervical position, something that I have never done before. On the 13th day I noticed a slight amount of blood when I checked for my cervical fluid. Is this normal, and am I ovulating or having a period? Today is the 14th day of my cycle and my temperature is still down, there is no more blood, and I can’t judge the cervical fluid because there is not a lot of it. Can anyone answer my question about the blood, what was happening?
