The pressure you feel could well have something to do with premature labor, especially if you feel it more after activity. You SHOULD mention this to your doctor, since I'm sure he/she would like to check your cervix and perhaps pay more attention to these symptoms. Also, you don't give us any other history to go on (previous pregnancies, etc, etc), which your doctor will be very familiar with.

The diarrhea, on the other hand, doesn't ring a bell in this scenario. Again, you SHOULD tell your doctor about it, and let him/her try to put all of thise together. Don't ever feel that something is unimportant enough NOT to talk to your doctor about. That's why the doctor is there.
