It doesn't matter AS LONG AS you test the same time every day, and have not voided for 4 hours before doing the test. So, every morning when you first wake up is fine, as is every day at noon or at five PM -- what's important is consistency in the time of testing. Ovulation occurs about 12 hours after the LH peak (the very apex of the surge), but because the kits will pick up the LH as it's on it's way up, they predict ovulation within the next 12 - 36 hours.
Also if I have sex the same day
>as I see the LH surge is that to early, late?? No that will be fine. Sperm live up to 5 days, so having some there waiting for the egg is fine. The most fertile time is the day of ovulation, which would be the day after the test truns positive. The OPKs have very explicit instructions enclosed -- I suggest you read and follow them exactly.
Any info would be

Good luck getting pregnant
