I think you mean your dose went down to 0.075mg.

"Sweats" associated with prolactin is actually associated with the abnormality that aberrant prolactin causes with thyroid function tests. Prolactin abnormalities can cause abnormalities of TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) from the pituitary gland and thereby, abnormalities of the thyroid. If Thyroid replacement is given, symptoms should be controlled.

Prolactin is produced normally.

Sex hormones affect albumin levels which bind other chemicals. One such albumin molecule binds thyroid hormones. Depending upon estrogen levels, thyroid levels in blood can be altered (although they may act unaltered). The exception is TSH. This is not affected by estrogen or estrogen therapy.

TSH, serum Prolactin and Estradiol levels are needed to make a diagnosis.
